Unfortunately, he was a really sick little guy that we had to immediately groom and get into the vet. He had an upper respiratory infection, double ear infections, and wounds to his feet that we cleaned multiple times a day due to his nails being grown into the pads of his feet. His matting was horrific, we pulled metal, wood, and plastic out of our clippers and his mats as we went along. Edgar never complained while his foster groomed him, not once, this sweet boy was just grateful to have attention and get those painful mats off. To say Edgar is feeling like a brand new man would be an understatement! He’s on the road to recovery, he’s eating great, he’s an affectionate love bug that cuddles into your neck when you pick him up, everyone is his friend, he’s house trained, and just a joy to be around.
